Hand cast in Germany, by a process that spans over three days, these are not your average pots and that’s not only because of their size (yes, this is made for cooking larger quantities). They are made in industrial grade aluminium with an extra-thick bottom (10mm) that helps create an even heat distribution. It's topped off with a layer of titanium oxide, an anti-corrosion layer, a ceramic layer and to top it off – a unique extra-thick PFOA free non-stick layer that ensures your food ends up where it should, as well as simplifying the cleaning process tremendously. On top of that, the pots are entirely recyclable. They are also equipped with a sauce pipe, to help get the last bit of sauce out. And yes, it works on all heat sources, including ovens.
