Taxes & Duties (Norway)
All taxes and duties are excluded in the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties. Singular is unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes for your order, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Singular does not cover any taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by Singular. Please contact your local custom authorities for more information.  

Exchanges & Returns

Complete your return within 14 days of receiving your order: 

Please follow the instructions on the form that is sent together with your order. All return deliveries have a cost of 49 SEK, 45 NOK or 4.90 EUR that will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Returns in our store remain free of charge.

The return process is different depending on shipping method. You can also read more about the process below: 

Firstly, fill in the return form and place it inside the parcel together with the item(s) you wish to return. 

Budbee Home Delivery - Schedule a pickup through the delivery link you received in text message. 

Postnord/DHL Service Point - Attach the return shipping label on top of the old shipping label and remove or delete other labels on the parcel. Hand in your parcel to nearest Postnord/DHL Service point. 

UPS/DHL Standard & Express - Attach the return shipping label on top of the old shipping label and remove or delete other labels on the parcel. Schedule a pickup or drop off the parcel at your nearest UPS/DHL access point.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When you return your order your shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you want to hand in a return you have purchased in our store you need to complete it within 14 days as well.

Norway
If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us and state which item(s) you would like to return, and we will send you a return label upon request.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it as described above, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as hygiene products, made-to-order (personalized ceramics and stationery, and clothing), food and beverage and underwear. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at hello@singular-society.com. 

Claims
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. If we considers the products to be defective, we will, depending on your preference, replace the defective products by sending new one or make a full refund including shipping costs. In both cases you have to return the defective products.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. We will not refund the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. For online returns the refund can take up to 14 days.

Please note that any applicable customs duties and sales taxes are not included in the refund when returning your products.
