Exchanges & Returns
Complete your return within 14 days of receiving your order:
Returns are free of charge, please follow the instructions on the form that is sent together with your order. The return process is different depending on shipping method. You can also read more about the process below:
Firstly, fill in the return form and place it inside the parcel together with the item(s) you wish to return.
Budbee Home Delivery - Schedule a pickup through the delivery link you received in text message.
Postnord/DHL Service Point - Attach the return shipping label on top of the old shipping label and remove or delete other labels on the parcel. Hand in your parcel to nearest Postnord/DHL Service point.
UPS Standard & Express - Attach the return shipping label on top of the old shipping label and remove or delete other labels on the parcel. Schedule a pickup or drop off the parcel at your nearest UPS access point via ups.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When you return your order your shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you want to hand in a return you have purchased in our store you need to complete it within 14 days as well.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it as described above, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as hygiene products, made-to-order (personalized ceramics and stationery, and clothing), food and beverage and underwear. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. If we considers the products to be defective, we will, depending on your preference, replace the defective products by sending new one or make a full refund including shipping costs. In both cases you have to return the defective products.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. We will not refund the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. For online returns the refund can take up to 14 days.
