Complete your return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order:
Please follow the instructions on the form that is sent together with your order, or register your return here. All return deliveries have a cost of 49 SEK, 55 NOK or 4.90 EUR that will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Returns in our store remain free of charge.
Returns
1. Scan the QR code on the return form sent together with your order, or register your return here
2. Select which item(s) you would like to return and choose the appropriate return reason
3. Choose whether you would like a refund or a gift card
4. Once you have completed your return, you will get an email with further instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When you return your order your shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you want to hand in a return you have purchased in our store you need to complete it within 14 days as well.
Exchanges

3. Once you have completed your return, you will get an email with further instructions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as hygiene products, made-to-order (personalized ceramics and stationery), food and beverage and underwear. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s) at hello@singular-society.com.
Claims
1. If you receive defective products, scan the QR code on the return form sent together with your order, or register your claim here
2. Select which item(s) you would like to claim
3. Fill in the claim reason and upload a photo showing the defect
4. Once we have accepted your claim, you will get an email with further instructions
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. We will not refund the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. For online returns the refund can take up to 14 days.
Taxes & Duties (Norway)
Please note that any applicable customs duties and sales taxes are not included in the refund when returning your products.
