MEMBERSHIP TERMS
1. General
The following terms and conditions (“Membership Terms”) are valid between you and Singular AB (Reg. No. 559226-1647) (“Singular”, “us”, “we”) and apply to your subscription to the services of Singular Society (“the Service”).
By becoming a member, you confirm that you have read the Membership Terms and that you accept to be bound by them. Before you accept the Membership Terms you shall also read and understand our Privacy Policy [LINK].
Singular reserves the right to revise the Membership Terms at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Membership Terms.
2. Membership
As a member of Singular Society, you will get exclusive access to purchase responsibly made clothes, accessories and products for your home of the highest quality and design from some of the world’s best manufacturers at the price they cost to make. You will also receive regular information updates regarding products, services and general information from Singular.
To become a member, you must be at least 20 years of age and be a resident within the EU or Norway.
Your membership is personal, non-transferable and subject to these Membership Terms. Singular apply a limit of one membership per person. You may only purchase products via the Service for your own household.
3. Membership plans
Singular Society offers two yearly memberships, Base and Plus, billed monthly. The memberships allows you to buy an unlimited amount of products, but offer different service levels [LINK]. You are able to upgrade and downgrade between Base and Plus through your profile. The membership have a tie-in period of 12 months, during which you cannot terminate the membership.
Base: SEK 95, NOK 105 or €9,5 per month. Total amount: SEK 1,140, NOK 1,260 or €114.
Plus: SEK 145, NOK 175 or €14,5 per month. Total amount: SEK 1,740, NOK 2,100 or €174.
4. Payment
We use Shopify’s payment services. For more information, please see Shopify’s Payment Terms [LINK].
We accept the following payment methods when purchasing a membership:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Union Pay)
- PayPal
- Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)
Singular is not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.
You will be charged the cost for the subscription on a monthly basis. The first payment will be made on the day you sign up for the Service. The second payment will be made on the same date the following month.
Please note that additional fees may be applicable for certain payment methods. If that is the case, the additional fees will be shown in connection with your subscription details, prior to your purchase.
5. Availability and use of the service
Once you have paid for your membership you will be given immediate access to the Service.
You place your orders via our website www.singular-society.com. You may submit your order at any time.
Should you have any problems submitting an order on our website, or should you have any questions regarding the Service, please contact us at hello@singular-society.com. Our member support is open between 09.00 – 18.00 CET Monday to Friday. We will always do our best to answer any questions as quick and accurate as possible.
6. Credits, Discounts and Vouchers
Credits
If you have received credits, you can redeem them directly at checkout to receive a discount on your order. Your credits are valid for 180 days, and the expiration date is visible on your profile. If returning a product purchased with credits, the credits will not be refunded.
Discount codes & vouchers
Any discount code or voucher applied to the order will be distributed proportionally across all items. The discounted portion linked to the returned product will be deducted from the refund amount, meaning you will not receive a full refund for the returned product.
7. Term and termination
Singular Society membership plan run for 12 months from the day you sign up for your membership. When the 12-month period has ended, your membership will be automatically renewed with 1 month notice.
You have the option to terminate your membership within 14 days from the day that you signed up for membership on the condition that you have not made any purchases or that you return any purchased products in the same condition in which it was received. You may give us a notice of your wish not to renew your membership at any time during the 12-month period.
If you have completed all 12 charges, your are able to cancel your membership through your profile. The deactivation date of your membership will be visible on your profile. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email on the day your membership deactivates.

8. Right of withdrawal exchanges and other rights
Withdrawal
Your purchase of the Service does not grant you the right of withdrawal in accordance with Swedish Consumer Law. This is because the Service will immediately be fulfilled when you are given access to purchasing products in accordance with your membership.
However, we offer our members the option to withdraw the purchase of the Service by submitting or sending notice thereof to Singular within 14 days from the date you signed up for the Service. Please note that you must return any purchased products in the same condition in which it was received, in order to exercise your right to withdrawal.
Please see Section 8 regarding Singular’s rights to suspend, restrict or terminate members suspected of being in breach with these Membership Terms.
The notice may be sent in different ways. You can send us an e-mail or use the standard form that can be found at Konsumentverket’s Website [LINK]. Please send the notification to our address Mäster Samuelsgatan 46 A, 106 38 Stockholm or e-mail it to hello@singular-society.com.
Please note that you do not need to use the special forms but may send us a letter or an e-mail to the above-referenced mailing and e-mail addresses including information that you will withdraw your subscription of the Service. If you send us an e-mail we will send you a confirmation upon receiving your notice. Please always refer to the e-mail address used for your account in your communication with us. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records.

Refund relating to the right of withdrawal
If you choose to withdraw your purchase of the Service in accordance with the terms set forth in this section 7, Singular will issue a refund of the amount paid to Singular and cancel future charges for your membership. Singular will also issue a refund of any purchased products. Please note that Singular is not responsible for reimbursing you the cost for return shipping of any purchased products.
Singular will pay the refund within 14 days of the date on which we have received your notice of withdrawal, granted that we have received any purchased products, or evidence that you have sent the purchased products to us. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the purchase if you do not explicitly accept another method. You will never be charged extra if another payment method is used.
9. Refusal, suspension or termination of membership
We may, at our own discretion, immediately restrict, suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Service if we consider you in breach of these Membership Terms, any other rules for the Service or applicable law. Singular preserves its right to review your member account in case of suspicion of abuse of the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse membership at our own discretion, for example due to your previous breaches of Membership Terms.
10. Provisions severability
If any part of these Membership Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Membership Terms; instead, the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Membership Terms.
11. Governing law
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Except where prohibited and without limitation to any statutory rights for consumers, all disputes pertaining to these Membership Terms will be exclusively referred to the district court of Stockholm, as the court of first instance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General
The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and Singular AB (Reg. No. 559226-1647) (“Singular”, “us”, “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on Singular’s website www.singular-society.com (“Website”).
By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and that you accept to be bound by them. Before you accept the Terms and Conditions you shall also read and understand our Privacy Policy [LINK].
Orders may only be placed by individuals that are 20 years or older. Please note that we presently only deliver our products within the EU and Norway.
Singular reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Please note that the Terms and Conditions valid for your order is always the Terms and Conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
Singular preserves its right to stop selling a product.
The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.
2. Placing an order
Please make sure that you read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you place an order.
Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you place your order.
If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.
3. Order confirmation
After submitting your order, Singular will send you an automatic order confirmation via e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and that we will start to control the availability of the order. Please note that the order confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order. For more information, please see section 4.
4. Acceptance and shipping confirmation
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose to not accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.
Please note that Singular does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by e-mail.
If we already have received payment for the order we will refund the amount to you should we for any reason not accept your order.
5. Colors
Singular’s goal is to describe the products at the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your device, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. Singular cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
6. Prices
The prices and shipping costs shown on the Website include VAT.
The prices and shipping costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and Singular is not bound by the price until Singular has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. The prices may also vary between the physical store and the Website.
If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. Singular always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order we will repay the amount to you.
Please also note that Singular may cancel the order even if it has been accepted by Singular under the condition that you realized or should have realized that the price information was incorrect.
Please note that the shipping costs are not included in the prices of the goods. The shipping costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage, and below in Section 8.
Taxes & Duties (Norway)
All taxes and duties are excluded in the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties. Singular is unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes for your order, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Singular does not cover any taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by Singular. Please contact your local custom authorities for more information.
7. Payments
We use Shopify’s payment services. For more information, please see Shopify’s Payment Terms [LINK].
We accept the following payment methods:

When you pay with a credit card the purchase amount is reserved prior to Singular’s acceptance of the order. The purchase amount is debited once Singular has accepted your order by sending you the shipping confirmation.
Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once the order has been sent to our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order we kindly ask you to return the order in accordance with Section 9.
Please note, we are not responsible for additional charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.
8. Delivery
Shipping methods
We ship within the EU and Norway from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs. Please see all shipping alternatives, estimated delivery time and costs below.
Your order will be shipped within an estimated time of 24 hours from the time you receive your shipping confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).

Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once the order is placed, that we cannot cancel an order once it has been sent to our warehouse, and that delivery to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.
The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If Singular fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.
Extended delivery time
Please note that some products are offered on a pre-order basis. These products may have an extended delivery time. These products must be delivered from our suppliers, resulting in an extended delivery time. If an extended delivery time is applicable for a product, this will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.
9. Right of withdrawal, returns and other rights
Withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw your purchase or exchange your product by submitting or sending notice thereof to Singular within 30 days of the date on which you have received the product. The notice may be sent in different ways. Preferably, you follow the instructions on our return form provided together with the delivery. You can also use the standard form that can be found at Konsumentverket’s Website [LINK]. Please note that Singular only issues a full refund if the product(s) are in the same conditions as at the time of delivery. If the products’ value has diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function, you have an obligation to reimburse us. Thus, Singular then has the right to withhold such amount of the refund.
To avoid a deduction, your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size and color in accordance with the terms set forth in this section 9. All exchanges are based on stock availability.
If you wish to exchange a product for a new product and/or size, you register your exchange in our return platform [LINK]. Once you have completed your exchange, you will receive an email with further instructions.
Taxes & Duties
Please note that any applicable customs duties and sales taxes are not included in the refund when returning your products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as hygiene products, made-to-order (personalized ceramics and stationery, and clothing), food and beverage and underwear. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at hello@singular-society.com.
Returning the products
Upon your withdrawal or exchange of your purchase, please return the product(s) as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 30 days after receiving the product(s). All return deliveries have a cost of 49 SEK, 55 NOK or 4.90 EUR that will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Returns in our store remain free of charge. Exchanges and returns can only be made in the same physical store where the purchase was made. Online purchases can only be returned in Mood Stockholm.
When returning please follow the steps below.

2. Select which item(s) you would like to return and choose the appropriate return reason
3. Choose whether you would like a refund or a gift card
4. Once you have completed your return, you will get an email with further instructions.

We prefer that products are returned through Singular’s return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the products by any secure transport.
10. Defective products
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Consumer Act (2022:260) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify Singular within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If Singular considers the products to be defective, Singular will, depending on your preference, replace the defective products or make a full refund including shipping costs. In both cases you have to return the defective products. Please see more information about your legal consumer rights in the Consumer Act (2022:260) or by visiting www.hallåkonsument.se.
11. Singular’s quality guarantee
Singular acts in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. Please notify us as soon as possible after receiving defective products.

19. Singular’s responsibility
Singular’s liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will Singular assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
Singular’s liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order, unless otherwise is stipulated by law.
In case of force majeure, Singular’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Singular can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Singular.

Singular recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of your personal data. We have instituted strict policies and security measures to protect the information you provide us.
The purpose of this privacy policy is for you, as a member to learn how Singular handles your personal data and for you to be able to feel secure that the processing is being carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable data protection law. The privacy policy also describes your rights vis-à-vis us and how you can enforce those rights. By subscribing to our membership services, you confirm that you have read and understood the content of this privacy policy.

3. Categories of data processed, purpose and legal basis for processing
Set out below is a summary of the categories of data that we process, the purposes of processing the data and on what legal basis we are processing your data. Our processing of your personal data partly depends on whether you have subscribed for membership with us or not. The processing of our account holders’ personal data is described in section 3.1 below. The processing of our members’ personal data is described in section 3.2 below. The processing of personal data in relation to persons that subscribe to our newsletter is described in section 3.3 and in relation to website users’ in section 3.4.
3.1 Account Holders
When you create an account with Singular, we collect your e-mail address to create and administer your account. Furthermore, your gender, phone number, country of residence and date of birth may, at your discretion, be collected and stored to provide you with relevant information regarding our products. The legal basis for the processing of your data as an Account Holder is that it is necessary to fulfil a contractual obligation namely to enable Singular to provide and administer its services.
When you purchase a product online your name, e-mail, phone number, shipping address and billing address (including street name, zip code, city and country) are used to process your order. The data is also processed so that Singular can process any returns, exchanges, and complaints as well as communicating with you regarding any questions or comments you may have regarding the product(s). The e-mail and phone number are collected so that we can send an e-mail and/or a text message to you when the product(s) have arrived at your pick-up place. The legal basis for the processing is that it is necessary in order for Singular to fulfil its contractual obligations to deliver purchased products to you.
You purchase history is also stored so that Singular can process any returns, exchanges, and complaints as well as communicating with you regarding any questions or comments you may have regarding the product(s). Purchase history is stored to provide you with the possibility to review your purchases and returns and for us to send relevant information to you. Your IP address and purchase and web browsing behaviour is also collected and stored as well as what websites or search terms referred you to Singular’s website, and information about how you interact with the Site. This data is processed to be able to send you information and offers tailored to your interests.
Your date of birth may, at your discretion, be collected so that Singular may verify that you are eligible for certain products offered to our Members.
The legal basis for the processing of your data as a Member is that it is necessary to fulfil a contractual obligation namely a service which includes (i) a subscription service that entitles you to receive all Singular’s product offers (ii) a smooth order placements process once you purchase a product online (iii) allowing you to access and review previous purchases and returns and (iv) access to relevant and personalized information regarding Singular’s products.

The legal basis for the processing is a balance of interests where our legitimate interest is to improve our services using statistics over visitors of the Website and to facilitate the security of the Website and its visitors.

4. Does Singular share your information with others?
Singular does not sell or rent our customers’ personal data to any other entity.
Singular may share your data with selected suppliers and partners who perform functions on our behalf such as fulfilling and delivery of orders, processing payments, carrying out promotional services or data management, to maintain our website, to distribute e-mails, to send out our newsletter, to provide client communications and to manage our customer database. To the extent necessary, the personal data you provide to us may be processed by these third parties, solely on Singular’s behalf and in accordance with Singular’s instructions to the data processor. We do not authorize any of our suppliers and partners to make any other use of your personal data.

We may share your data with our selected suppliers and partners, who may process your data in countries both inside and outside of the EU/EES when performing functions on our behalf as set out in section 4 above.

6. How long do we keep your data?
6.1 General
Singular reserves the right to keep and process personal data for as long as necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected as set out in this policy.
6.2 Account Holders
The personal data collected and processed for Account Holders as set out in section 3.1 will be saved and processed for as long as you are an Account Holder. After termination of your account, the data will be deleted within [3 months]. However, your e-mail will be saved for up to 12 months from termination of the account for direct marketing purposes, subject to your ongoing right to opt-out. Thereafter, it shall be deleted.
If you make a complaint, Singular may save your data to the extent necessary to handle the complaint. Singular may also save the complaint information as such for the remaining period under which the customer is entitled to make a complaint in order to prevent a customer from filing two complaints and being compensated twice for the same defect.
The information regarding returns for accounting purposes shall be stored as long as legally required by applicable law.
6.3 Members
The personal data collected and processed for Members as set out in section 3.1 will be saved and processed for as long as you are a member. After termination of the membership the data will be deleted within [3 months]. However, your e-mail will be saved for up to 12 months from termination of the membership for direct marketing purposes, subject to your ongoing right to opt-out. Thereafter it shall be deleted.

6.4 Newsletter subscribers

The information can be saved as long as you do not unsubscribe from the newsletter but no longer than three (3) years from the subscription date, unless you confirm that you want to keep receiving the newsletter.
