We are proud to announce the opening of Singular Society at NK Stockholm on November 6. Our new store, on the 3rd floor, is a 600 square meter space dedicated to the world of Singular. Here, in the heart of Sweden’s most iconic department store, members and visitors can experience our full assortment of clothing, accessories, homeware and personal care.

Founded in 1902, Nordiska Kompaniet is a cultural landmark and the natural stage for luxury in retail. Generations of Swedes and international visitors have come to NK to experience the pinnacle of fashion, design and craftsmanship.

As part of our new partnership with NK, members of Singular Society and NK Nyckelmedlem get exclusive cross-membership benefits such as free upgrades, vouchers and more. Below you will find all the details.

BENEFITS AS A SINGULAR MEMBER

As a Singular Society member, you will get the opportunity to become an NK Nyckelmedlem and receive a 200 SEK voucher valid in our NK store.

  • If you’re a Singular member but not a Nyckelmedlem, you’ll be upgraded from Vit and registered as Mässing (Singular Base members) or Svart (Singular Plus members).
  • If you’re a Singular member and already a Nyckelmedlem (Vit or Mässing), your level will be upgraded one step.
  • If you’re a Singular member and already a Nyckelmedlem (Svart) your level remains.
  • All Singular Society members that sign up as a Nyckelmedlem will receive a 200 SEK voucher on purchases over 1000 SEK, valid in our NK store until December 31, 2025.
  • Your upgraded level at NK will be valid for a full year, regardless of purchase history.


HOW TO REDEEM YOUR BENEFITS AS A SINGULAR SOCIETY MEMBER

If you are not already a Nyckelmedlem:

  • Go to your Singular Profile Page and continue to Benefits. Choose the offer “Join NK Nyckelmedlem”. You will be taken to nk.se where you create a new account. At “Mina Sidor”, you will be able to find a Singular Society tab. Click on it, and add the email address you have connected to your Singular account. Once this is done, you will be upgraded in the NK Nyckelmedlem program automatically.
  • Your 200 SEK voucher will appear under “Mina Erbjudanden” in your NK account. Your voucher can only be used once, if returning a product purchased with the voucher, the amount on your voucher will not be refunded.  

If you are already a Nyckelmedlem:

  • Go to your Singular Profile Page and continue to Benefits. Choose the offer “NK Nyckelmedlem Upgrade Offer”. You
    will be taken to nk.se where you log in to your existing account. You will automatically be taken to the upgrade offer, where you add the email address you have connected to your Singular account. Once this is done, you will be upgraded in the NK Nyckelmedlem program automatically.
  • Your 200 SEK voucher will appear under “Mina Erbjudanden” in your NK account. Your voucher can only be used once, if returning a product purchased with the voucher, the amount on your voucher will not be refunded.

  • As a Nyckelmedlem at NK you get a generous discount when signing up for a Singular Society membership, and you will receive a 200 SEK voucher (on orders above 1000 SEK) valid in our NK store.
  • If you’re a Nyckelmedlem you get a discount on your first year as a Singular Society member. The offer is only valid for new Singular Society members.
  • If you’re not yet a Nyckelmedlem member, please sign up to get 25% off of your first year as a Singular Society member and receive your voucher. The offer is only valid for new Singular Society members.
  • All Nyckelmedlem members will receive a 200 SEK voucher on purchases over 1000 SEK, when signing up as a Singular Society member. The voucher is valid in our NK store until December 31, 2025.

  • Log in to your NK account at nk.se and go to “Mina Erbjudanden” to find your Singular Society membership discount and voucher code.
  • Click the link to Singular Society, where you can redeem your membership discount online.
  • Redeem your voucher in our NK store (Floor 3). Your voucher can only be used once, if returning a product purchased with the voucher, the amount on your voucher will not be refunded.

SHOPPING AND RETURNS

  • Exchanges and returns can only be made in the same store where the purchase was made.
  • Pick-up in store is only available at our Mood Stockholm store.
  • Online purchases can only be returned in Mood Stockholm.
  • The return period for all purchases is 30 days.
  • You can redeem your voucher directly in our NK store to receive a discount on your order. Your voucher can only be used once, if returning a product purchased with the voucher, the amount on your voucher will not be refunded.
  • The voucher applied to the order will be distributed proportionally across all items. The discounted portion linked to the returned product will be deducted from the refund amount, meaning you will not receive a full refund for the returned product.

FAQ

I’m a Singular member and a Nyckelmedlem – what NK level will I get?

If you have a Base membership, you will be upgraded to Mässing in NK Nyckeln.

If you have a Plus membership, you will be upgraded to Black in NK Nyckeln

If you already hold the NK Tier mentioned above, you will continue to earn tier-basing points on your membership.

How long will my NK upgrade be valid?

Your upgraded level is valid for one full year. After that, if you haven’t reached the required spending level, your membership will automatically adjust back to your regular level.

I’m a Singular member but not a Nyckelmedlem yet – what NK level will I get when joining?

If you are a Base member, you’ll automatically be upgraded to Mässing when signing up as a Nyckelmedlem.
If you’re a Plus member, you’ll automatically become Svart.

I’m not a Singular member but I’m a Nyckelmedlem – how do I become a Singular member?

Log in to nk.se and go to “Mina Erbjudanden”. There, click the link to Singular Society, where you can redeem your membership discount online.

How do I redeem my 200 SEK voucher?

The voucher is valid on purchases over 1000 SEK, can be used once per customer, and is valid until December 31, 2025. It’s only valid in the Singular Society store at NK and available to Nyckelmedlem members under “Mina Erbjudanden” at nk.se. A voucher redeemed on a purchase cannot be reactivated or reused in the event of a return.

The voucher applied to the order will be distributed proportionally across all items. The discounted portion linked to the returned product will be deducted from the refund amount, meaning you will not receive a full refund for the returned product.

How will NK use my email address linked to my Singular membership?

NK will use your email address to verify your active membership status and confirm your membership level, in order to provide personalised offers and relevant information related to your membership.
