In our digital world, the classic, personal way of corresponding gets more and more important. Everything that can add a sense of personality and offers a qualitative experience makes the world of difference. Use it as thank you notes, gift card notes, hand written invitations or personal letters. If not for yourself, it’s the perfect gift for any person and any occasion.

Our correspondency series is made from a eco certified paper made from 100% US grown cotton. It’s exceptionally soft and has a beautiful touch to the finger tips compared to a normal paper. All personalized stationary is made in Stockholm by our amazing partners at Norrbacka Tryckeri. They are printed using letter press print with lead types, entirely by hand and without the use of any digital artworks. It’s back to the roots, resulting in unique and extremely qualitative stationary that will make a lasting impact on any recipient. 

The font we use are the original types of Industria, a font that was later modernized by Neville Brody for The Face Magazine, the epicenter of pop culture around the millennium.

Exchanges & Returns

Complete your return within 14 days of receiving your order: 

  • Fill in the return form and place it inside the parcel together with the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Attach the return shipping label on top of the old shipping label and remove or delete other labels on the parcel.
  • Sweden: Hand in your parcel to nearest DHL Service Point, schedule a pickup with Budbee through the delivery link you received in text message from Budbee or complete your return for free in our store in Stockholm. 
  • EU: Schedule a pickup or drop off the parcel at your nearest UPS access point via

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When you return your order your shipping cost will not be refunded and the return cost is 40 kr (€4).

    If you want to hand in a return you have purchased in our store you need to complete it within 14 days as well.

    The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it as described above, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as hygiene products and underwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

    If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. If we considers the products to be defective, we will, depending on your preference, replace the defective products by sending new one or make a full refund including shipping costs. In both cases you have to return the defective products.

    We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. We will not refund the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

    Our paper is made from 100% eco certified cotton grown in the US, and manufactured in Gerrmany. We then refine and print it in Stockholm Sweden with our partners at Norrbacka Tryckeri, renowned for their equisite quality of carft, and rich history of high end letter printing technique that honors the past and still operate with oldschool Heidelberg machinery. Our boxes are made in partnerrship with Profilskaparen just outside of Stockholm, masters in crafting boxes to fall in love with, and save for a long time to come, finding new uses and things to store in them.
